Basic Guidelines
SUBMISSIONS ARE CURRENTLY OPEN.
Before submitting, read through our guidelines below. You may submit your work using the form below or by pasting your work into the body of an email and sending it to eastcoastliteraryreview@gmail.com. If your work is rejected you may resubmit immediately. Previously published work is acceptable, just let us know where it was originally published. Simultaneous submissions are accepted and encouraged.
When sending in multiple titles please make very clear the title of each piece.
***We are unable to offer monetary payment at this time, however if your work is accepted you will receive a token payment in the form of a discount for the issue.***
POETRY SUBMISSIONS
Please submit 1-5 poems at a time. We are open to all subject manner and styles. However the chances of an epic style poem are lower than that of something shorter.
FLASH FICTION
Please submit no more than two flash fiction pieces at a time. We will accept a piece with a word count of 250. Please note there is a limit to the amount of flash fiction pieces published in each edition. Response time may be a little slower in this category.
SHORT FICTION
Please submit only 1 short fiction at a time. We will accept a piece with a word count is 8,000, anything over that will not be considered. Please note only one short fiction piece will be published in our paper edition. Response time will be a little slower in this category (no more then 90 days).
